Mile Creek School is a precious, early-primary school and cohesive community of citizens. Students, staff and parents are energized by the district’s mission of excellence and embrace learning with a passion, regardless of age or position. On a daily basis, the benefit of being bonded as a school family is demonstrated. Within the safety and security of such an environment, children and adults are free to develop to their potential.
Mile Creek has a talented and dedicated faculty that is strongly rooted in the knowledge of how young children learn and grow. Ongoing professional development of research-based curriculum initiatives complements the innate ability of the staff to meet students’ needs.
There can be little doubt as to the powerful effect the home-school connection has in enhancing the learning experience for our little ones. We have a most talented and energetic group of parents who continue to dedicate themselves to the well-being of our students, supporting the staff in their mission.
And finally, and most importantly, Mile Creek School has an outstanding student body of children who care deeply about their families, their school and the world in which they live.
